What is Organizational Communication?

Organizational communication encompasses the techniques used to publicise work departments, human resources, productivity and development that have a commercial aspect. Currently, it is a highly relevant tool, allowing companies to broadcast their achievements and other relevant information.

Organizational communication is closely related to other, similar disciplines such as, institutional or business advertising. Coaching is a very useful tool in the development of the Centric Customer Culture, through the leadership of middle and senior managers, so that they can act as an example and catalyst for the teams.
