What is the Loyalty of Clients?

Customer loyalty includes a series of techniques related to the areas of sales and marketing, as well as strategies so that a previous brand consumer returns and may even become a regular customer in the future.

Customer loyalty from the perspective of a customer refers to the loyalty that the consumer keeps with the brand, service or product that puts into the market a particular company and have specific customers who resort to them continuously.
