What is the Journey Map?

The journey map is a strategy based on the design of a map or scheme that reflects the steps, stages or phases that a customer follows from the moment they realise they need a product or service up until the moment they acquire the product or service of the brand which the company places on the market and begin to get enjoyment out of it.

It is especially useful to apply the customer perspective to the way of doing things within a company which allows a specialized work in the loyalty and satisfaction of customers through their experience and means an increase in competitiveness in the long term. Through its application, companies will also be able to anticipate the needs of their customers.
