What is Innovation Management?

The management of innovation within a business framework involves activating an innovation process that goes through several phases. For example, the phases of ideation, correction and implementation until completing the set objectives which are usually related to achieving innovative materials or products.

Within the innovation strategy, the implementing company must adopt a series of decisions, as well as carry out various activities and manufacturing practices while applying the different phases of innovation management.
