It is a tool used to achieve a greater sensitivity towards customers with the aim of identifying, really the attributes that will respond to their real needs by incorporating emotional components such as:
What do you see: what is your environment and what is it like; what friendships do you have; what proposals does the market already offer?
What he says and does; what his attitude is in public, what he looks like; how he behaves, what contradictions he has…
What you hear: what your friends, your family, your staff, your bosses, the influential people in your environment say (or tell you); through what multimedia channels the information reaches you…
What you think and feel: what really matters to you; what your main concerns, concerns, dreams and aspirations are.
