What is Customer Journey?

The customer journey focuses on the purchasing cycle of a customer in a service or product. Within the analysis it carries out, it evaluates the problems that the target public of a brand may present, what their behaviour is and how the company can meet their needs.

With the customer journey companies can carry out a kind of monitoring of the process that their customers follow until they decide to buy. What is important is the design of a customer journey for each service, product or aspect that a business wants to promote within the market.
