The culture of a company responds to the set of beliefs and values shared by its members, giving rise to a series of behaviors that are repeated in the group, in the way of working and generating value.

This concept encompasses all the behaviours, thoughts, positions, values and norms that emanate from a company. The importance of this question lies in the fact that it summarizes the set of elements that distinguish a company from the rest of its sector that exist in the market.
