What are Touchpoints?

These are the contact points between companies and their clients. They specifically refer to the moments in which a company crosses paths with a consumer and manages to capture their attention. Depending on how companies address this will significantly affect on whether the user becomes a customer of the company or not.

Touchpoints are incentives for businesses to get customers to see that their products are exactly what they were looking for.

Each interaction in which the customer “interactions” with the company in different communication channels and with different purposes. The sum of the touch points or contact points will result in the customer journey of the customer.
